The Galaxy S4 is slightly better than the Galaxy Alpha, with a overall score of 79 against 76.3. Both phones in this comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S4 has the previous 4.4 version while Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4. Galaxy S4 is a somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier phone than Galaxy Alpha.

The Samsung Galaxy Alpha has a bit better CPU than Galaxy S4, and although they both have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Alpha also has a much better 450 megahertz GPU.
