Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S6 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, having a global score of 87.4 against 76.3. Although it's the best cellphone in our current comparison, Samsung Galaxy S6 is a just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy Alpha. Both phones in this comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S6 has a more recent 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version, counting with a lot of extra features and performance tweaks.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a bit superior CPU than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a much better graphics co-processor working at 650 MHz, 4 more processing cores , a 64 bits CPU and more RAM. Galaxy S6 features a more vivid screen than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a lot better 2560 x 1440 resolution, way more pixels per inch of display and a little bit larger display.

Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with much more storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Alpha, because it has more internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy S6 takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also has a camera in the back with a much higher 16 mega pixels resolution and a larger aperture to take better captures and videos in poorly lited situations.

The Galaxy S6 has a very superior battery duration than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 2550mAh of battery capacity.

In addition to being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, Galaxy S6 is also by far the cheapest one, making it an easy decision.
