Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is better than the Galaxy Alpha, having an 88.5 score against 76.3. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has the older 12 version while Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4. Even being the best cellphone in this comparison review, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is a just a little bit thicker and way heavier cellphone than Galaxy Alpha.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores and 6 GB more RAM. Galaxy Alpha features a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, although it has a lot lower pixels density, a way worse 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and a lot smaller screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has a way bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 224 GB more internal memory. Galaxy Z Flip features a much longer battery duration than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 77% larger battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has just a bit better camera than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have a same resolution back facing camera and the same (4K) video quality, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip also has a bigger aperture and higher 60 fps video frame rates.
Although Galaxy Z Flip is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Alpha, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Alpha. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Galaxy Alpha, and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
