Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a score of 94.6, which is a lot better than the Galaxy Alpha's 76.3 global score. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Galaxy Z Fold 2 has the older 11 version and Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version. Even being the best cellphone we compare here, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a just a little bit thicker and noticeably heavier cellphone than Galaxy Alpha.
The Samsung Galaxy Alpha features a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy Z Fold 2, although it has a just a bit worse pixel quantity per inch of screen, a lot smaller display and a way lower resolution of 1280 x 720px. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a lot bigger storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has more internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a very superior battery performance than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 takes better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and a 12 megapixels camera, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has a bigger aperture and faster video frame rate.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Alpha, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Alpha. If you want to save some money, you can get the Galaxy Alpha, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
