Sony Xperia PRO-I has a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a much better screen density, a lot larger screen and a way better resolution of 1644 x 3840. The Xperia PRO-I features a bit better performance than Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a higher number of cores.
The Xperia PRO-I features a very superior storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has 480 GB more internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1 TB. The Xperia PRO-I features a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and a 12 mega pixels camera, the Xperia PRO-I also has a bigger camera aperture for better low light photography and video and better video frame rates.
