IPhone SE (2020) has an overall score of 81.5, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy C5's global score of 76.4. The iPhone SE (2020) has iOS 15.x OS, while Samsung Galaxy C5 counts with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. IPhone SE (2020)'s construction is newer, but just a little bit heavier and somewhat thicker than Samsung Galaxy C5.
The iPhone SE (2020) has a quite better processing power than Samsung Galaxy C5, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with a 64-bits CPU. Apple iPhone SE (2020) counts with just a bit better display than Galaxy C5, although it has a little bit lower count of pixels per inch of screen, a little smaller display and a lot lower 750 x 1334 pixels resolution.
