The Samsung Galaxy C5 is just a bit better than the nubia Red Magic 5S, with a 76.4 score against 76.2. Despite of the fact that the Samsung Galaxy C5 is older than nubia Red Magic 5S, it's body is notably thinner and extremely lighter. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy C5 has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version and nubia Red Magic 5S has Android 10 version, so it provides lots of additional features and some performance improvements.
