Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a little bit better than Galaxy C5, with an 83 score against 76.4. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note8 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy C5 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, giving you some extra features and a performance increase.
