The Huawei P20 Pro is a bit better than the Galaxy C7 Pro, having an 81.4 score against 78.4. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Huawei P20 Pro has an older 10 version and Galaxy C7 Pro has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Huawei P20 Pro design is newer, but a little bit heavier and a little bit thicker than the Galaxy C7 Pro.
