The Galaxy C7 Pro is a little bit better than the Sony Xperia Z3, with a score of 78.4 against 77.3. The Galaxy C7 Pro construction is much newer and thinner than Sony Xperia Z3's, although it's also just a little heavier. Both devices in this review come with Android OS, but the Galaxy C7 Pro has a newer 6.0 Marshmallow version and Sony Xperia Z3 has Android 4.4.4, providing some nice extra features.
Xperia Z3 counts with a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and 4 lesser cores , it also counts with an additional GPU. Xperia Z3 has an incredibly better screen than Galaxy C7 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1920 x 1080, the Xperia Z3 also counts with a bit better pixel density.
Xperia Z3 features a better camera than Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for shooting photographs or videos in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 video definition and a back camera with a lot better 20.7 mega-pixels resolution.
Galaxy C7 Pro counts with a much better storage capacity for apps and games than Xperia Z3, because it has more internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 256 GB. Galaxy C7 Pro counts with a bit longer battery life than Sony Xperia Z3, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.
