Comparison review
Galaxy C7 has a score of 77.7, which is a bit better than the HTC One M9's score of 77.7. The Galaxy C7 is a newer and a lot thinner phone than HTC One M9, although it's also just a little heavier. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy C7 has 8.0 Oreo version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0 version.
The HTC One M9 has a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy C7, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same 1920 x 1080 resolution, the HTC One M9 also counts with a just a bit greater pixel amount in each inch of screen. HTC One M9 features a bit faster CPU than Galaxy C7, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have 8 processing cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a graphics processor and a 64-bit CPU.
The Galaxy C7 counts with a much better storage for applications and games than HTC One M9, and although they both have a SD card slot that allows up to 128 GB, the Galaxy C7 also has 32 GB more internal memory.
