Samsung Galaxy C7 is a bit better than the HTC U11 EYEs, with a 77.7 score against 76.9. The Samsung Galaxy C7 comes with Android 8.0 Oreo OS, while HTC U11 EYEs comes with Android, HTC Sense UI OS. Despite of the fact that the Samsung Galaxy C7 is older than HTC U11 EYEs, it's construction is somewhat thinner and just a little bit lighter.
