Galaxy C7 is a bit better than LG G5, having a 77.7 score against 76.1. Both of these phones use the same Android 8.0 Oreo operating system, so both of them should count with identical OS features. The Galaxy C7 body is just a little heavier but a little thinner than the LG G5, and they were released only a couple of months apart.

The Galaxy C7 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than LG G5, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Galaxy C7 also has more processing cores. LG G5 counts with a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy C7, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better display pixel density and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution.

The LG G5 has a way bigger storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy C7, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G5 captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy C7, and although they both have a camera with a 16 mega pixels, the LG G5 also has a bigger diafragm aperture and a lot better 3840x2160 video quality.

Galaxy C7 features better battery performance than LG G5, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity.
