Samsung Galaxy C7 is a bit better than the Moto Z3, getting a 77.7 score against 77.6. The Samsung Galaxy C7 body has the same thickness than the Moto Z3, but it's a little heavier. These devices have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy C7 has the older 8.0 Oreo version while Moto Z3 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Moto Z3 features a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy C7. They have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM memory.
