Both devices in this comparison review use Android OS, but the Galaxy C7 has 8.0 Oreo version and Galaxy A21 has Android 10, offering some nice extra features and performance optimizations. The Galaxy C7 design is somewhat thinner and lighter than the Galaxy A21, although it was released many years before.
