Comparison review
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way better than Galaxy C7, having a 98 score against 77.7. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the previous 13 version and Galaxy C7 has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G design is newer, but incredibly heavier and notably thicker than the Galaxy C7.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little bit better processing power than Galaxy C7, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy C7, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
