The Galaxy S5 has a general score of 80.8, which is a little bit better than Galaxy C7's 77.7 general score. Both of these devices include Android OS, but Galaxy S5 has the older 4.4.2 version while Galaxy C7 has Android 8.0 Oreo. Although Galaxy S5 is older and thicker than Galaxy C7, it's design is still lighter.
