Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is better than Galaxy C7, having a general score of 85.7 against 77.7. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has the previous 5.0 version while Galaxy C7 has Android 8.0 Oreo. Even though the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is older and a bit thicker than Galaxy C7, it's body is still a lot lighter.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a lot better display than Galaxy C7, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher count of pixels per inch of display and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
