The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is better than Galaxy C7, with a 91.1 score against 77.7. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has older 14 version while Galaxy C7 has Android 8.0 Oreo.
