The Samsung Galaxy C7 is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, with a general score of 77.7 against 76. Even though the Samsung Galaxy C7 and the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 were released with only a few months difference, Samsung Galaxy C7's body is a bit heavier but also a bit thinner than the Xiaomi Mi Note 2. These phones have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy C7 has newer 8.0 Oreo version and Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow, providing the user a couple additional features.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 and Galaxy C7 both count with similar screens, both of them have exactly the same 1080 x 1920 resolution, a display with the same size and the same pixels density. Xiaomi Mi Note 2 features a slightly bigger memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy C7, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 counts with a processing unit that is just as good as Galaxy C7's processor, because although the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a lower number of cores (but faster), it also counts with 2 GB more RAM. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has longer battery lifetime than Galaxy C7, because it has a 4070mAh battery size against 3300mAh.
Samsung Galaxy C7 features a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because although it has a lot worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a much less mega pixels back facing camera, it also counts with a larger aperture.
