Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Moto G7 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy E7 has Android 4.4.4. Moto G7 features a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy E7, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM memory and a higher number of faster cores.
