Samsung Galaxy F23 has a global score of 84.6, which is a little bit better than LG V30S ThinQ's global score of 82.5. Both phones in this comparison use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy F23 has an older 12 version and LG V30S ThinQ has Android 8.0 Oreo. Although the Samsung Galaxy F23 is somewhat thicker than the LG V30S ThinQ, it's way lighter and also extremely newer.
