Galaxy F23 is slightly better than Galaxy A20s, having a score of 84.6 against 77. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Galaxy F23 has a newer 12 version while Galaxy A20s has Android 11 version, providing you some additional features. The Galaxy F23 design is incredibly newer and a lot lighter than the Galaxy A20s's, but it is also a bit thicker.
