Galaxy F23 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, having a overall score of 84.6 against 81.6. These phones come with Android OS, but the Galaxy F23 has 12 version and Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0 version, so it counts with some nice extra features and a performance increase. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with a little better hardware performance than Galaxy F23, because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster) and less RAM, it also counts with an additional GPU.
The Galaxy Note 4 counts with a sharper display than Galaxy F23, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a greater pixel density.
