Samsung Galaxy F62 is much better than the Huawei Mate 10 Pro, getting a global score of 88.1 against 79.2. The Samsung Galaxy F62 construction is newer, but somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier than the Huawei Mate 10 Pro. Huawei Mate 10 Pro has a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy F62, and although they both have a 6 GB RAM, the Huawei Mate 10 Pro also has more cores (although slower).
Galaxy F62 features a little sharper display than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has a little bit worse pixel density, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a bit bigger screen.
