Both devices in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P30 Pro New Edition has 10 version while Galaxy Fold 7 (Rumored) has Android 15. The Huawei P30 Pro New Edition counts with an incredibly better looking display than Galaxy Fold 7 (Rumored), although it has a little smaller screen.
The Huawei P30 Pro New Edition has as much memory to install applications and games as the Galaxy Fold 7 (Rumored) one, both have exactly the same 256 GB internal storage.
