Samsung Galaxy A31 has an overall score of 81.3, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Fold 7 (Rumored)'s score of 74.8. Both phones in this comparison use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy A31 has older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy Fold 7 (Rumored) has Android 15.
