The Xiaomi 12T Pro has a general score of 76.9, which is a bit better than the Galaxy Fold 7 (Rumored)'s 74.8 overall score. These devices use Android OS, but Xiaomi 12T Pro has older 12 version and Galaxy Fold 7 (Rumored) has Android 15 version. Xiaomi 12T Pro's processor is just as good as Samsung Galaxy Fold 7 (Rumored)'s processor, and although the Xiaomi 12T Pro has 4 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
