Xiaomi 14T Pro has an overall score of 84.5, which is better than the Galaxy Fold 7 (Rumored)'s overall score of 74.8. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi 14T Pro has the older 14 version and Galaxy Fold 7 (Rumored) has Android 15 version. Xiaomi 14T Pro's processor is just as good as the processor in Galaxy Fold 7 (Rumored), both have 12 GB of RAM and 8 processing cores.
