Comparison review
Galaxy Fold is better than Apple iPhone SE (2020), having a score of 97.6 against 81.5. Even though Galaxy Fold and Apple iPhone SE (2020) were only released 7 months apart, Galaxy Fold's construction is notably heavier but just a bit thinner. Galaxy Fold comes with Android 9.0 Pie OS, while Apple iPhone SE (2020) comes with iOS 15.x OS.
The iPhone SE (2020) counts with a little sharper screen than Galaxy Fold, although it has a way lower 750 x 1334 resolution, a way smaller screen and a little bit lower screen pixel density. IPhone SE (2020) features a bit faster CPU than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and less and slower cores, it also counts with a 64-bit CPU.
The Galaxy Fold shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Apple iPhone SE (2020), and although they both have the same video quality, the same 60 fps video frame rates and the same resolution camera in the back, the Galaxy Fold also has a bigger sensor which gives a higher photo and video quality and a larger aperture for better images in low light environments.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold features a lot bigger storage for applications and games than iPhone SE (2020), because it has more internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy Fold has a really longer battery lifetime than Apple iPhone SE (2020), because it has 4380mAh of battery capacity against 1821mAh.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the iPhone SE (2020), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the iPhone SE (2020). So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Fold, else you can save some money and buy the iPhone SE (2020), giving up some features and specifications.
