The Galaxy Fold is way better than Asus ROG Phone 8, with a 97.6 score against 79.5. The Galaxy Fold is a way older and heavier cellphone than the Asus ROG Phone 8, but Samsung managed to make it noticeably thinner anyway. Both phones in this review have Android OS, but Galaxy Fold has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14, so it provides you some additional features and performance enhancements.

The Galaxy Fold counts with a way better hardware performance than Asus ROG Phone 8. Both have 12 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores. Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a better display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit better screen density.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 features a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a much tinier camera aperture, it also counts with a lot bigger sensor, a lot better video definition and a camera in the back with way more megapixels. The Galaxy Fold counts with a way bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone 8, because it has 512 GB internal memory capacity.
