Galaxy Fold has a score of 97.6, which is much better than Google Pixel 3 XL's 80.7 score. The Galaxy Fold body is newer and somewhat thinner than the Google Pixel 3 XL's, although it is also way heavier. The Google Pixel 3 XL features a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch of screen and a quite better 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution.
Galaxy Fold has a little better hardware performance than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy Fold also has more RAM. The Galaxy Fold counts with a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has 512 GB internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold features longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has a 4380mAh battery capacity against 3430mAh. The Samsung Galaxy Fold captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has a camera with a lower 12 MP resolution and a lower video definition, and they both have a same size camera sensor, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also counts with a bigger camera aperture.
Although Samsung Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is way more expensive than Google Pixel 3 XL, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 3 XL. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy Google Pixel 3 XL, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
