Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Fold is a lot better than Google Pixel 3a, having a score of 97.6 against 78.8. The Samsung Galaxy Fold body is notably heavier but thinner than the Google Pixel 3a, and they were released with only 5 months difference. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Fold has newer 9.0 Pie version and Google Pixel 3a has Android 11, so it counts with a lot of extra features.
Google Pixel 3a has just a bit better looking display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2220 resolution and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a quite greater count of pixels per display inch. Galaxy Fold has a little bit better processing power than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy Fold also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Fold takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a lower resolution camera in the back, and they both have a 0.39 inches back-facing camera sensor, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also counts with a larger camera aperture for better low-light images and videos.
The Galaxy Fold counts with much more memory to install applications and games than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 512 GB internal memory. Galaxy Fold counts with a much better battery performance than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 4380mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Pixel 3a. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Fold, otherwise you can save some money and get the Google Pixel 3a, letting go a couple features and specifications.
