Comparison review
Galaxy Fold is much better than the Google Pixel 3a XL, having a overall score of 97.6 against 78.9. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Fold has 9.0 Pie version while Google Pixel 3a XL has Android 11 version. Even though Galaxy Fold and the Google Pixel 3a XL were released with only 5 months difference, the Galaxy Fold construction is somewhat thinner but also much heavier than the Google Pixel 3a XL.
Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with a bit better performance than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also has more RAM. Galaxy Fold and Google Pixel 3a XL count with quite similar displays, because although the Google Pixel 3a XL has a little bit smaller screen and a bit lower 1080 x 2160 resolution, it also counts with a just a little greater screen density.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold features a lot bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has more internal memory. Galaxy Fold features just a little better battery performance than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a 4380mAh battery size. Galaxy Fold captures slightly better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a worse 12 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and a worse video definition, and they both have the same camera sensor size, the Galaxy Fold also counts with a larger aperture.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Google Pixel 3a XL, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Pixel 3a XL. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Fold, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Pixel 3a XL, letting go some specifications.
