The Galaxy Fold has an overall score of 97.6, which is a lot better than the HTC U23 Pro's 77.8 overall score. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Fold has the newer 9.0 Pie version while HTC U23 Pro has Android 13 version. Despite of the fact the Galaxy Fold is older and a lot heavier than the HTC U23 Pro, it's construction is still incredibly thinner.
