Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Fold is better than Huawei P30, getting a 97.6 score against 81.7. Although the Samsung Galaxy Fold and the Huawei P30 were released with only 6 months difference, the Samsung Galaxy Fold body is noticeably heavier but also just a little thinner than the Huawei P30. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Fold has newer 9.0 Pie version and Huawei P30 has Android 10, providing a lot of extra features.
The Galaxy Fold counts with a bit better processing power than Huawei P30, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Fold also has more RAM memory. Huawei P30 has a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a little smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a just a bit greater count of pixels per inch of display.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold features a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Huawei P30, because it has more internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with greater battery duration than Huawei P30, because it has a 20% larger battery capacity. The Huawei P30 counts with a superior camera than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures and video and slower 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Huawei P30 also counts with a back camera with lot more mega-pixels and a lot bigger sensor capturing way better quality photographs.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Huawei P30, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei P30. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Fold, else you can save some money and buy the Huawei P30, letting go some features and specs.
