Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Fold is much better than Huawei P30 Pro, getting a general score of 97.6 against 82.1. Although Samsung Galaxy Fold and the Huawei P30 Pro were released with only 6 months difference, the Samsung Galaxy Fold construction is thinner but much heavier than the Huawei P30 Pro. The Samsung Galaxy Fold has a bit faster CPU than Huawei P30 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also has 6 GB more RAM.
Huawei P30 Pro has just a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a little lower 1080 x 2340 resolution and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per screen inch. The Huawei P30 Pro captures much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a tinier aperture and lower video frame rate, and they both have the same video quality, the Huawei P30 Pro also counts with a much more mega-pixels back camera and a lot bigger camera sensor which offers a much better image and video quality.
The Galaxy Fold features a very superior storage to store more apps and games than Huawei P30 Pro, because it has 384 GB more internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Fold has a bit better battery life than Huawei P30 Pro, because it has a 4380mAh battery capacity.
