The Galaxy Fold is better than the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, with a 97.6 score against 87.1. The Galaxy Fold construction is notably thinner than Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, but it is much heavier and was released 5 years before. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Fold has newer 9.0 Pie version and Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has Android 14, providing some additional features.

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has an incredibly better display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a bit lower 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixel quantity per inch of screen. Motorola Edge 50 Ultra features just a little better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because it has a 3% bigger battery capacity. Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 60 frames per second video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra also counts with a much larger sensor capturing way higher quality photos and a way better resolution back-facing camera.
