Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Fold has an overall score of 97.6, which is much better than Galaxy A51's 85.5 global score. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Fold has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy A51 has Android 11 version. The Samsung Galaxy Fold body is somewhat thinner but notably heavier than the Galaxy A51, and both of them were only released with a couple months difference.

The Samsung Galaxy A51 counts with a little bit better looking display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a quite greater screen pixels density. Galaxy Fold has a bit better processor than Galaxy A51, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Fold also has more RAM.

The Galaxy Fold features a very superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy A51, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal memory. Samsung Galaxy A51 features a much better camera than Galaxy Fold, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rate and a lot smaller aperture which is not nice for low-light images, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also counts with a lot bigger camera sensor shooting much higher quality photos and a camera in the back with a much better resolution.

Galaxy Fold counts with a bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A51, because it has a 4380mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy A51, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy A51. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Fold, else you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy A51, letting go a couple features and specifications.
