Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Fold is a bit better than the Galaxy A51 5G, having a 97.6 score against 90.8. Even though Samsung Galaxy Fold and Galaxy A51 5G were only released 7 months apart, the Samsung Galaxy Fold design is incredibly thinner but heavier than Galaxy A51 5G. Both phones in this review come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Fold has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy A51 5G has Android 11 version, giving a couple additional features.
Galaxy Fold has a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Fold also has a larger amount of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy A51 5G has a little more vivid display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a little smaller screen and a bit lower 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a bit higher screen pixels density.
Samsung Galaxy A51 5G takes much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy Fold, because although it has slower video frame rate and a way smaller camera aperture which is not so good for low-light photos, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy A51 5G also counts with a back camera with a lot better resolution and a much larger camera sensor which gives a lot higher image and video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with a greater memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. Samsung Galaxy A51 5G features just a bit better battery lifetime than Galaxy Fold, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 4380mAh.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy A51 5G, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy A51 5G. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Galaxy A51 5G, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your money.
