The Samsung Galaxy Fold is a lot better than the Galaxy M13, with a general score of 97.6 against 81.1. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Fold has 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy M13 has Android 12 version, so it provides the user a couple additional features.
