Samsung Galaxy Fold is way better than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, having a 97.6 score against 80.4. Samsung Galaxy Fold's construction is extremely newer and somewhat thinner, but extremely heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition. Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a little sharper screen than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a better quantity of pixels per inch in the display and a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold has much more memory for games and applications than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
The Galaxy Fold shoots just a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller sensor giving a worse image quality, and they both have the same resolution camera and the same (4K) video quality, the Galaxy Fold also counts with better video frame rates and a larger camera aperture for better photography and videos in poorly lited environments.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold features a much longer battery performance than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has a 37% larger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
