The Samsung Galaxy Fold has a score of 97.6, which is a lot better than the Galaxy S5's 80.8 general score. These phones come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Fold has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy S5 has Android 4.4.2, so it gives you some additional features. Samsung Galaxy Fold's body is much newer and thinner, but also way heavier than the Galaxy S5.
The Galaxy S5 has a much sharper screen than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a way lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a much smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher display pixels density. The Samsung Galaxy Fold has a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of cores and 9 GB more RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with a much greater memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage. The Galaxy Fold features a little bit better camera than Galaxy S5, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a way less MP resolution back camera, it also counts with a larger sensor shooting higher quality videos and photos and a much bigger camera aperture to take better captures and video in poorly lited situations.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold has a really longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has 4380mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy S5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S5. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Fold, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Galaxy S5, resigning a couple specs and features.
