The Galaxy Fold is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, getting a 97.6 score against 90.6. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Fold has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has Android 11 version. Although it's the best cellphone in this review, the Galaxy Fold body is older, just a little bit thicker and a little heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 features a display that's just as good as the Galaxy Fold one, although the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 also has a quite higher number of pixels in each inch in the display, a quite larger screen and a slightly better resolution of 1768 x 2208px. Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Z Fold 3, because it has 512 GB internal storage.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3's processing unit is very similar to the CPU in Galaxy Fold, both of them have 8 cpu cores and a 12 GB RAM. Galaxy Fold has a much better camera than Galaxy Z Fold 3, and although they both have the same resolution back camera, the Galaxy Fold also has a way bigger aperture to take better images in low light environments.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 counts with a battery duration that's very similar to the battery lifetime in Galaxy Fold, although the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 also has 4400mAh of battery capacity instead of 4380mAh.
