The Galaxy Fold is a little bit better than Xperia 1 II, getting a 97.6 score against 91. Galaxy Fold's design is much heavier but somewhat thinner than Xperia 1 II, and they were only released with a couple of months difference. These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Fold has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Xperia 1 II has Android 11 version.

Sony Xperia 1 II has a better looking display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a way better pixels density and a better resolution of 1644 x 3840. The Galaxy Fold counts with a bit faster CPU than Xperia 1 II, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy Fold also has a higher amount of RAM.

The Xperia 1 II has a bit better camera than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for capturing photos or videos in low light environments, and they both have the same 60 frames per second video frame rates, a 12 mega pixels back camera and the same (4K) video definition, the Xperia 1 II also counts with a much bigger sensor taking lot higher quality videos and photos.

Xperia 1 II features a little bit better storage for apps and games than Galaxy Fold, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits up to 1000 GB. The Galaxy Fold counts with just a bit longer battery performance than Sony Xperia 1 II, because it has 4380mAh of battery capacity.
