Comparison review

Galaxy Fold has a general score of 97.6, which is a lot better than the Xperia Z5's global score of 77.6. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Fold has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1, providing you lots of additional features and improved performance. Although the Galaxy Fold is heavier than Xperia Z5, it's just a little thinner and also newer.

Xperia Z5 counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a way lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a really smaller display, it also counts with a quite higher number of pixels per screen inch. The Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with a bit faster processor than Xperia Z5, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also counts with more RAM.

Sony Xperia Z5 captures just a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low light captures and video and lower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia Z5 also counts with a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels and a larger back camera sensor which gives a better photo and video quality.

Samsung Galaxy Fold features a very superior memory to store more apps and games than Xperia Z5, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Fold has a really longer battery lifetime than Xperia Z5, because it has a 4380mAh battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xperia Z5, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xperia Z5. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the Xperia Z5, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
