Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Fold is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, with a 97.6 score against 79. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Fold has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has Android 11, so it provides some extra features. Even though Samsung Galaxy Fold and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S were released with only a few months difference, Samsung Galaxy Fold's design is a lot thinner but also extremely heavier.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a display that is very similar to the Galaxy Fold one, because although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a quite smaller display and a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px, it also counts with a little bit better screen pixels density. The Galaxy Fold counts with a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy Fold also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a better camera than Galaxy Fold, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rates and a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also counts with a way bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and pictures and a way more megapixels back camera.
Galaxy Fold has a much greater memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a bit better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity against 4380mAh.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
