The Samsung Galaxy S4 has a general score of 76.1, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Grand Max's score of 70.6. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S4 has 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Grand Max has Android 4.4.4. Samsung Galaxy S4's body has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy Grand Max, but it's somewhat lighter.
Galaxy S4 counts with a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Grand Max, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a way better pixels count per screen inch and a much better resolution of 1920 x 1080px. The Galaxy Grand Max and the Galaxy S4 count with quite similar storage to install applications and games, both have an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 64 GB and exactly the same internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy Grand Max features a little faster processor than Galaxy S4, because although it has 512 MB less RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Grand Max also counts with a faster graphics processor running at 450 megahertz and a 64 bits CPU. Galaxy S4 features just a bit better battery performance than Galaxy Grand Max, because it has a 2600mAh battery capacity instead of 2500mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Grand Max. Both have the same 1920x1080 video definition, the same video frame rate and the same resolution camera.
Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, the Samsung Galaxy S4 is also a bargain compared to the other phones, making it an obvious call.
