The Galaxy S6 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Grand Max, having a overall score of 87.3 against 70.6. Even though the Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy Grand Max were released with only a couple of months difference, the Galaxy S6 is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S6 has a newer 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy Grand Max has Android 4.4.4.

The Galaxy S6 counts with a more powerful CPU than Galaxy Grand Max, and although they both have a 64 bits processor, the Galaxy S6 also has 1,5 GB more RAM memory, a much better 650 MHz GPU and 4 more cpu cores. The Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a much better screen than Galaxy Grand Max, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher 2560 x 1440px resolution and a lot greater display density.
