Galaxy Note Edge is a lot better than the Galaxy Grand Neo, getting a global score of 81.7 against 60.4. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note Edge has 5.0 version and Galaxy Grand Neo has Android 4.2, so it provides you lots of additional features and performance optimizations.
